“Although I'm not fond of large national storage companies, my experience with Neil, the manager at the Lee, NH location, was always excellent. He was very accommodating during my rental term and when I closed out my unit. He made the move out process very easy, and went above and beyond to help. He's a good man! I would have given five stars if not for the frequent rate hikes (not initiated by Neil, to the best of my knowledge).”

“I would recommend this place greatly if you need extra storage space during a big move. Charles helped me navigate this new experience with ease and friendliness, and I was able to start putting things in storage immediately. Moving is a stressful experience, but at least this part went smoothly. Having easy access to items any time of the day or night (like searching for lost bills so you can get your internet up and running in the new space, ahhh!) is wonderful. I'm sorry I didn't think to rent a moving truck from this place before I made the 100 trips between with my car. Special shout out to Charles. You are a gem in this world. Keep up the marvelous work.
