Amanda at T Mobile is beyond amazing! She was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable! We traded in our Androids for Apple phones and she made the transition seamless and painless. We are very happy with T Mobile service and our new Apple phones and it is all due to Amanda!

Seemed as though we were bothering them as soon as we walked in the door. We wanted to upgrade our plan and add a line. No can do, as a line had been recently dropped. This line had been for their internet, which simply did not have enough juice to work in my house. I live in a crater. Besides the fact that it had been a trial period, and was through no fault of ours that we had to send it back. I mean, what cell phone service wants to penalize their customers by not allowing them to spend more monthly dough?

All the people who work here are lazy and seem super annoyed every time I walk in, they don't want to help you and always say, "just talk to customer service over the phone." Customer service is always some Indian that I can't understand, so that is the last thing I want to do.

They claim 5G but it's actually 4G speeds just like( A, T, T,) that's why I gave them 3Stars ,,,, an yes my phone is 5G - Motorola one 5 G Ace.

I visited this location when I finally tired of Verizon. I was skeptical because the cost was so much lower. I was assisted by Darryl the manager. All of my lines were transferred without issue, I received all of the promised promotions and I'm saving over $90 per month. The service has been equal or better than what I had, even had service at a friend's house where I've never had service with Verizon. 3 months in and no regrets.

I thought this company was great when I first joined, but now realize, they are only good if you have no problems/complaints. The ads about never going up on your bill? Fiction, mine went from $42 a month to $55. When I had problems with my phone, they replaced it with...drum roll please....over 12 phones, telling me each one was new. They were refurbished. When I finally left and with Consumer cellular, I sent the phone back. They charged me $120 for the month I was gone and took that money out of my account. This company has no clue what they are doing. They are by far, the worst to deal with, bar none. If I ever go back. just dig a hole, stand me in front of it and SHOOT!! Be warned, they are selling phones that are refurbished as new...

Absolutely disgusted with t-mobile but more than anything this epping NH store. The “manager” Daryl is the most unprofessional useless individual i have ever dealt with. This man should not be employed. After fraudulently taking over $400.00 out of my account on Friday and dealing with this issue all weekend, inept “assistant managers” asking to look through my bank account to “see the status” of the withdrawl that i was never informed would happen or authorized to happen. His solution to fix this issue was to offer me a $50.00 account credit and get the refund whenever i got it. When asked for his boss’s name his store number and a number to call to deal with not only his poor management but my $400.00 that was stolen from me i was given a business card with the store number and his name scribbled on the back. If you continue to do business with t mobile DO NOT do it in this disgrace of a store. Filled with incompetent individuals who could care less about making there wrongs right.
