Went to open an account for my daughter, sat there for a bit the “manager” was too busy to help customers because he was having a personal conversation with his buddy. Lack of customer service at this branch.

Jen, who assisted me, was incredibly friendly, personable, and efficient. You don’t come across many people who are effortlessly kind and great at what they do, but she truly stood out. She made the process smooth and stress free, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Would leave 0 stars of possible. Branch vice president Kelly and clerk Ashland called the police because my husband I were sitting in the parking lot at 8am waiting for the bank to open after his card got stuck in the machine. They both knew why we were there before calling and they still called because “it’s policy.” Ashland proceeded to throw my husband’s bank card at him before walking away and going to hide in the back of the bank. We will be closing our account with this company and calling corporate to report the both of them along with filling a complaint against them and the branch. Good lunch with your service.

I find everyone who is working at this branch are all doing a great job on handling my business and personal accounts. And are very pleasant to deal with an very noticeable concern with customers needs.

I tend not to leave one star reviews. However an employee at this branch acts as if it is an inconvenience to serve you, and has an unpleasant and abrasive attitude, an older lady with blonde hair. I am Considering pulling my accounts due to her frankly repeatedly poor customer service, .

Had to wait too long at drive up to make a cash deposit.
Once I was waited on, the teller said I needed a cell phone to use the drive up and to receive a code. Whats up with that, they had my license they requested, and this was for a deposit. I did not participate in their silly game, then drove away to my othe bank in Lee.

If you need to print temporary checks, make sure to call first because they do run out. Exeter doesn't have a check printing machine; Portsmouth does.
Also appears they had some recent water damage or something of that sort.

here it is. 4:52 on a Thursday. no reason in the world for TD Bank to be closed but yet they're closed. they don't answer their phone. you can't go inside. you can't do nothing. not only the Epping Branch but the plaistow branch as well

Not a fan of this place. Was asked how I wanted the cash back from a check they charged me $10 to cash , said 100's please. She handled me two 50's & 19 twenty's and 1 ten, thanks asshats I can't close my wallet now.

Not sure about their in bank service - but they just let phone calls ring - not even an answering machine.
