Hey Ann, let’s be kind and patient with those who show us that same respect. Especially if they are customers. Saying that I “should know how to read” when I made a simple error on the pin pad is beyond rude and does not uphold any customer service standards. Do better next year. Happy New Years.

**** absolutely the worst place to go and get your medicine. They lie. They give you the wrong amount of medicine *******The two pharmacist that work in the Epping NH (****both females,) pick and choose who gets medicine that have shortage. This has all been going on since ThanksgivingI called about X medicine they said that they didn't have any of that medicine, and didn't know when they were getting it in, called the next day (cause I've played this game before with them and I just wanted to confirm it) and it was confirmed ! They said they had 15 of this medicine (15 pills? I said I'll call back. the next day they had 12 ?my question is how does someone only fill 3 pills. Doesn't seem right! Then I called back for the next month script, my husband asked if the scrip was there, yes it was. Great, ( that's usually another obstacle with doctors not sending script) But again they didn't have any of the medicine haven't had any " in weeks" and not sure when they'd come in. I thought ok here we go again. The very next day I called to refill the script, the lady started to give me an attitude informing me that she had already talked to my husband yesterday I said I know but I'm checking to see if the script came in with the days truck shipment . She started to say no, then I heard from a different person what's the dosage and how many times. I informed the girl how I take them and the girl in the back said i 52 left???!how can you go from not having anything and don't know when you're getting them in, to already having them and then not enough to fill the script. Who cross checks a pharmacist work and how do they have the rights to pick and choose who gets medicine that a doctor prescribes. Seems like something scetchy going on in the Epping NH Walgreens and some authority should look into it.

The staff at Walgreens are wonderful. They go out of their way to help get your refills. I have never had a problem with the Epping store. The staff always goes above and beyond their duties.

Wish I could give 0 stars, the pharmacy women are very rude, every single time. When I spoke to Diana, as soon as I told her the medication I needed, she completely changed her tune and gave me an attitude. Considering none of them know the mental status of their customers, they should just be polite and do their jobs and not pass judgement. Never ever again, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone ! Thanks ladies ?

I'm not sure who the Assistant Manager and Exeter Walgreens received his training from but God bless. I came into that Walgreens as the one my organization chose today for Thanksgiving donations. Since not many people are donating to their local pantries due to covid we've taken it upon ourselves to research couponing. I was assigned Exeter Walgreens and Epping. Swanson Canned chicken broth is on sale for $1 for 2. There is a $.50 "off ANY Swanson product" coupon. This transaction has already been completed by thousands of couponers around the country. This would be an amazing gift this Thanksgiving. Instead I was treated as what I was doing was wrong because it stated no ounces or specifications. I stated that this coupon DOESN'T specify ounces on ANY Swanson product. Confused I left in a huff and drove to Epping Walgreens (my next assigned Walgreens) On the way I called 1800WALGREENS and explained my situation and read the coupon clearly. I was told I should have no problem, to give them a call back if I do have any problems, that I should definitely be able to use this couponon this deal. Walked in and explained to them the service I had just been treated at Exeter Walgreens. EXETER WALGREENS HAD CALLED EPPING AND WARNED THEM ABOUT ME. I am appalled. They didn't seem to know their coupon policy either. I again left and drove to my next assigned, Lee. Calling 1800WALGREENS a 2nd time. This time I walked in with them on the phone with me. Lee laughed, they explained the way the coupon is worded and how it says ANY product.. it would not state ounces. Ding ding ding. A store who knows how to read their coupons, the woman on the phone laughed and thanked me for everything we do. We all had a good laugh. I was able to use half of the coupons assigned. And I used the other half at Rochester Walgreens on Milton just fine. I thought about calling back Walgreens for a 3rd time to give them the stores names, but decided I had wasted enough of my time and it wasn't worth hurting anyone else. We will be sure to not to bother Exeter and Epping again. As a lifetime Exeter resident who has been coming to Exeter Walgreens all hours of the night her whole life, I was baffled. We got the hint and will do our coupon donations elsewhere.

I’m a case manager and I was in here to help my client pay for his medication. The person that served us in the pharmacy today was very rude to my client. It was very unprofessional.

I would give this location a 0 if possible. I had a question so I went to the front. The manager was talking to the cashier about peraonal issues so I stood there after a minute I said excuse me the both looked at me then looked back at each other and started talking.

I absolutely love the staff at this Walgreens specifically the pharmacy. They go above and beyond to help and are always super friendly. I'm a frequent customer and I just can't say enough good things about them.

I absolutely adore the wonderful women in the pharmacy! They go way out of their way to smooth any issues I'm having, give me a heads up if something is out of stock or delayed, they always remember my name and are always forward thinking! I have had a weird glitch in my sons coverage and not only did they dig until they figured out the issue, because the glitch is on the insurance company side and it happens every time I fill a prescription, they do what they need to do before I get there so I don't have to wait. There is another Walgreens pharmacy that is much closer for me and I was in the process of switching but the customer service I get in Epping is beyond awesome and I'd rather drive out of my way to go here than have mediocre customer service elsewhere. There are not many places I can rave about customer service these days but the pharmacy at Walgreens in Epping is the best around!!

Wonderful staff, especially within the pharmacy itself. Very helpful and a clean environment.
