A shout out to Karen today! I recently received new glasses but could not after two attempts get them to stay up on my nose. Karen checked out my old glasses and came up with the answer, Had them on for three hours and they are right where I put them. She spent the time, found the solution and has one happy customer. Thank you so much.

All associates are Very Rude and ignorant.They all need customer service training. None of them know how to talk respectfully.

Inattentive and largely incompetent. Wrote prescription for wildly inaccurate power for my daughter's contacts (she's been in glasses and contacts for 10 years). When questioned they explained "maybe her eyes have improved since then". Complete waste of time and money, and expectations were low to begin with. Might work out if you can supervise the entire process for them, but if not you're better off elsewhere.

Never a pleasant experience in the front. Nobody should feel like an annoyance at a doctor’s office. Dr. Jordan, on the other hand, is extremely kind, patient, and genuinely cares. He gets 5 stars!

Someone asked me if I could get their glasses fixed at a reasonable price. I tried here since I was in the area and one of the associates found a frame that actually fit the lenses.The person who now has their glasses back ? has had no issues with the new frame

The frames broke within a few weeks. It took almost a month to get a replacement frame from Ohio. The lenses scratched easily even with "scratch coating" Some of the employees were extremely rude. I would not recommend to anyone.

Made appt for my daughter to get her glasses. Appt was cancelled due to doctor leaving early. I was not called and notified of cancellation. Left work early to take daughter and found out at store appt was cancelled. @Epping, NH store

I have no idea how the woman working on Sunday 27 June 2021 had managed to work in customer service for 15 years. She started off by mostly ignoring my wife and I then everything we asked seemed to irritate Cheryl more. She agreed to replace my damaged lenses but refused to replace my frames. While I was trying to explain to her that I was intending to pay for the frames , as I didn't even know they should have been warrantied, she interrupted me telling me I could not get them. I assumed that she still did not have the ability to understand this simple request. Every time I tried to ask for an explanation she interrupted me accusing my wife and I of yelling at her. I was getting frustrated but no one yelled, particularly my wife, (who doesn't even yell at me)Finally after explaining, with less interruption how the frames were bent, the metal cracked and was would soon break from metal fatigue, she agreed to this, the least expensive part.I am done with doing business here. I bought them here because the glasses were less expensive. But nothing is worth the nonsense we went through today.

Opticians just phoning it In at this store. Do your research, as they won’t ask you the question that should be asked to make sure you get the lens or insurance reimbursement that is best for you.

Awful customer service experience. Waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and then the eye doctor took the patient after me. When I said something to the Walmart associate working in the vision center she just replied, "oh he must have taken the 12 o'clock appointment first." I didn't even get an apology. Unfortunately I have to get my glasses here as my husband is an employee. I will get my exam done somewhere else.

I woke up Monday morning with a very red and very painful left eye. I called them as soon as they opened to make an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and patiently waited to be seen. When my time came, the doctor brought me in, quickly looked at my eye and said “I do see a small spot”. No explanation as to what the spot was. He told me to call if it got worse then he corrected himself and said never mind, he wouldn’t be there. He wrote me a prescription for an low grade antibiotic(again no explanation of what the spot was even when I asked). All in all, I was in there for 5 minutes.
Fast forward 3 days...Again, I wake up, more pain more redness. So I call another local optometrist ( J & C Optical, they are awesome!)They get me right in. After 15 minutes of careful exploration of my right eye, using varying techniques, the doc determined that it was in actuall a corneal ulcer, not just a “small spot”. It’s a pretty serious and painful condition that needs to be treated with powerful antibiotics and steroids which the first doctor didn’t prescribe.
Update - The doctor offered me a refund of my copay and apologized.
