We live out of town and were notified that our padlock was missing. Upon learning the we could not get back to NH until the holidays, Rebecca provided us with photos of the contents so we could see if anything was missing and secured our unit with a heavy duty lock. This is going above and beyond! Great service and attention to detail. Thank you!!!

I just got a storage unit hear in late October and had a little trouble with my code I generated at first upon trying it before I left. They had addressed it and work good that day. Filled my uhaul full of stuff from my house along with a pickup headed there, after a 45 minute drive, entered my code many times with no success. You need the code to enter and leave. We waited an hour before someone else got there for thier storage unit with thier code to get in. We would have been stuck in there with the uhaul over the weekend if there wasn't someone else leaving at the same time. The response we got after our complaint during thier business hours m-f was, 'Sorry, your code got erased from our system. You should be all set now.' Beyond upset!! I'll be looking for a better storage place in the mean time....

This facility is one of the better ones we’ve seen. Great security, professional, friendly staff is on site with good business hours, and clean storage lockers that are available in many sizes.

Just met someone here to pick up something I was buying off fb market place but it's very clean looks secured well maintained these are things I'd want if storing my belongings
