Always closed !!! Store is always a mess. Once an item is sold out it takes 2 to 4 months before items are in stock. Self check out is usually broken 1 to 2 days a week so you can stand at the other register for 10 minutes until a employee sees you standing there. The new manager is slowly making the store better but it needs to be open!!! Drove down there this morning and guess what.... its closed till noon with 2 employees inside. Just close it so a real store that wants to be open can move into there space. If I was to count how much gas I use just to find out there closed in a month I'd have a almost a full tank.

The store is a huge mess and grossly under staffed. The staff who are there seem greatly stressed and overworked. It used to be a really great store to go into, but the upper and district managers of this store clearly don't care about helping the Epsom store be a place going into. I would not be surprised if this store closes down in the near future. What a missed opportunity for this company to make tremendous profits. They say reputation is all you have,and this store, in my mind, has sadly lost every once of self respect and pride that it once had.

Didn’t appreciate the cashier bypassing my phone number as I tried to put it in. I wasn’t able to save the money due to her doing this. She didn’t apologize either when I said guess I won’t put my phone number in.

Horrible staff one was in the bathroom the entire 30 minutes while we were there. I was told I had to wait for him to help me get bins down. The girl at the front was so rude!

Employee's aren't particularly friendly, the store was a mess! Crowded, messy, full boxes everywhere of products to be put away. It was difficult to walk thru with my cart and they close earlier then they used to!

Oh my God!! Everytime I go in there the prices are always wrong. The item is listed at a certain price. When you get to the register, the price is always higher. You can't get around the store to well. They have all there stock on carts in the middle of the aisles. You have to squirm your way around everything, just to get the item you want. Isn't that a safety issue. So be careful and pay attention to the prices they are charging you. Check your slips. It takes them a while to fix it. It hold up the line. The employees have bad attitudes. Anybody can work there
