“Great for a quick trip, without going to big department store. Customer service is good here. :) They work hard here, and get to know their customers. They need more recognition, and pay, for what they do!

“The absolute best, most reliable dollar store around, with very well organized shelves. Also well-organized and better stocked than other value stores in the area. Also tend to be open late, which is great if you're getting in late from a flight.”
“This location is my favorite of the family Dollar stores. In all the time I've lived in or around this area, around 15 years, I've always stopped in this place because they literally have EVERYTHING. And it's good quality stuff we can use in our home, we can get some groceries as well, something for the dog, and for me! The people are always nice, they will have a friendly conversation and help you with a coupon or whatever your looking for. There's a few that work almost every day so you get to feel very comfortable just like a family place should feel. In this day and age ,this place is a little diamond in the rough.”
“Have to say the store is very cramped, with the new dollar plus items and seasonal items. Everything is moved around, and the normal items are not as plentiful. Still dropped a chunk of change in spite of the changes.”
“So today, when I went into Family Dollar, the Internet was down and the person behind the counter had to restart the credit card machine for just about every customer who wanted to make a purchase. I had a return to make . She handled it so beautifully —-she knew how to back the return out when the transaction failed -that didn’t go through - the system she did a reboot. She documented it on the paper that she printed out for the management. then she did my return and there were people waiting in line and she handled it so calmly and was so nice about it, but the thing was competence! She knew exactly how to run that machine and Fix the problem and she had no help in the store. None.
I count that as top-notch customer Service service.
It was a petite woman with dark hair and whoever she is, she deserves a big raise.”
