Cashier at register asking for grovement ID.. when I was buying cigarettes. I showed him my ID/ License and second from of ID because he didn't like the first one which wasn't expired nothing wrong with it and I'm of age to buy . Started giving me a lecture about rules and laws.. all I wanted was my cigarette. He was very rude and asking questions about my personal business.
I also got dunkin donuts inside the store and the boy giving me my food had black dirt on his hands and under his nails and no gloves. I go to this store everyday and there seems to be a speculation every time I walk in. You need to hire better people who are educated and not so nosy. I will never go there again.

I was on my way back home to Maryland and stopped in last night around 7pm on 3/13/24. Cute cashier working was really friendly and kind and it was really nice to encounter someone during my travels who didn’t just shove my change back at me and go on about their day like I didn’t exist. Little things like that really mean a lot.Gas prices weren’t bad either! Definitely compared to back here!By the way, I made it back home safely! If I’m ever back in the area I’ll definitely stop by this location.

There’s a pretty quick turnaround with staff. The cashiers are mostly super friendly and helpful. They end up moving on to bigger and better things. Your current cashier is the rudest one I’ve ever dealt with at your store or really anywhere, and I told him that. He threw my debit card on the counter as I was holding my hand out to take it from him…this was not my only negative interaction with him but will be the last. I won’t shop there until he leaves…will check back in a couple months :))

I recently went into the Exeter NH store for some snacks. I was overwhelmed by the very vocal conversation one of the employees behind the counter was having with someone on speakerphone about their "psychological abuse" as a "child and adult" heavily peppered with obscenities. Totally unprofessional. Made me feel uncomfortable to be in the store. The other clerk working the register however was focussed and on task. PS I'm also having a lot of difficulty finding a corporate customer service contact for this business. I've lived in this town for over 30 years. Won't shop there ever again

Very friendly staff pretty fair pricing on most items. But they need to seriously work on the pump handles. When you’re filling your car you can’t squeeze the pump handle. Without music constantly popping I believe they need to replace these. Seems to be on most of their pumps.

Why make employees wash the floor end of shift when customers are walking in if not even the employee who's washing the floor but the cashier is gonna call you out on walking across the wet floor. Wash at a normal time like on the overnight or wash in quadrants

Clean gas station bathroom and great drink selections for our road trip. Mackenzie our cashier was so friendly. The credit button froze on the register and without missing a beat she put our transaction into the other register and got us taken care of. Just saying, having a friendly cashier can really help a road trip along ☺ï¸
