Only open during the hours most people are at work - Mon - Friday 9:00 to 4:00. If you have a full time day job and you need service in person, this is very inconvenient. I opened an account online and now find I have no access to my local branch. I will withdraw and close my account soon.

uselessyou call they they try to rush you off and push you to the 800 customer support. the mistake was made there, in person with this branch representative but they would not take responsibility and rectify it. we are closing our account and moving to a different institution. thought it would be convenient since BOA is everywhere - my branchless on-line provider is more capable & responsive.this is why everything is moving to on-line. people are just too difficult & incompetent to deal with.

I believe it is important to bring this matter to your attention, as it greatly impacted my experience as a customer.Upon my visit, I encountered a teller who displayed a considerable lack of professionalism and respect. From the moment I approached the counter, it became evident that their demeanor was confrontational and unhelpful. Their behavior was unprovoked and left me feeling disheartened by the lack of customer service I received.As a customer, I believe in fostering positive relationships and open communication with businesses. It is essential to be treated with respect and empathy, especially when seeking assistance or information. Unfortunately, my encounter with this particular teller left me feeling anything but valued as a customer.I understand that everyone has off days, and it is possible that the teller may have been experiencing personal challenges or stress. They asked my son for a credit card to identify himself for a second identification,she said she didn't need to see his birth certificate,which he brought with him!?? but the teller was nice!

What a HORROR show. To make a payment . I've been removing ALL of my accounts from that Branch. Last Visit was 25 minutes of my life Standing in Line. ONE teller. At least 6 people in line in front of me. Four people behind me. Teller was So SLOW with everyone in front of me. Around 5 other bankers were running around . Not one Bothered to help that One Teller. That was my last and final visit. Ive been with BOA for 25 years. Way back when they were Shawmut and Fleet Bank. Good Luck to everyone Banking there.

I have a check from a bank of America account but because I don't have an account with them they won't cash it. Every other bank will, but not bank of America. If you're thinking of opening an account go elsewhere.

Had a 12:30 appointment... required both my husband and I to be there at once. The woman we were meeting with strolled in 15 minutes late with coffee for the entire bank. Then immediately left again and came back 15 minutes later with more coffee. Never did get my appointment. We had to leave due to other commitments. Awful service. I understand that due to Covid appointments are required and necessary... I expect them to be kept.

Ok, I know during this pandemic many banks are temporarily closed but seriously, it's the only area BofA in busy Exeter AND has no working ATM? We had to drive 40 minutes round-trip to Portsmouth and through a construction zone at a snail's pace.
