I highly recommend checking all the reviews on Google regarding this freight brokerage. Numerous carriers have expressed frustration due to their repeated practice of filing false FreightGuard reports without valid reasons. It seems they are misusing their Carrier411 subscription to submit unwarranted complaints, which is causing unnecessary issues for carriers.
The pattern of false reports has led to widespread dissatisfaction within the industry, as seen in multiple reviews. If you’re considering working with this broker, I strongly advise reviewing their history before making any decisions. Check all the reviews on Google for DMX Logistics LLC.Seems like a lot of people have issues with them. Just type their name in and see what pops up.
We are extremely disappointed with the FreightGuard report filed without proper investigation. Our driver was empty by 8 AM, waited for HOS reset, and resumed at 11:30 AM. En route, the truck had a regen issue, requiring service. We shared proof, and the broker had ELD access showing the truck’s status. Instead of reaching out to dispatch, a report was filed. We provided all receipts and invoices for mechanics work.

WARNING ‼️ ‼️‼️‼️ STAY AWAY. Truck failed to start because of cold weather, I called them and explained the situation. In 5min they put my company on freight guard, we provided all receipts for mechanics 🧰 work but still refused to take us off. Stay away ⛔️

My experience was horrible with this broker never will use them again somebody should file a class action law suit against them for false claims to freight guard they get 0 stars

Terrible brokers. We booked a load and on the way to the pick up our truck broke down. They were informed immediately about our situation and we kindly asked to send a recovery unit since our truck couldn't be repaered today. They decide to file a freight guard. Avoid this brokers at any cost !!!

Very bad company. We have booked the load and on the way to pu the truck broke down. The broker was immediately informed and all proofs ( paperwork) were sent. But broker made freight guard report as we cancel the load after booking.
