It's a Fedex drop off site only!Go inside, take left to cashier and drop off the Fedex package. Cashier will scan the item. Get a email confirmation for receipt while inputting into handheld digital device.

Drop off packages and don't let people know they they have a delivery. My 88 year old mom has been waiting for a pkg from my daughter and it was delivered on the 18th but it is so light weight it blew off the porch and was buried in the snow. Not good good customer service in my book.
