I have been going to this location for 5 years and had exceptional service from all staff. (I LOVE THEM ALL!!)
I always have a very beautiful cut from them and I love that I get to know some of them by name. I do want to recognize my stylist today a little extra. (I do wish I knew her name)
I have been very down in the dumps the past few months after loosing my little dog the day after Thanksgiving.
I have put myself off a lot during and after his departure.
My stylist today was phenomenal. I had never seen her before. And with that I was unsure of how my hair would come out.
I think she got that notion and she told me everything she was doing.
She was so cute with everything she did. She even wanted to prepare me for thinning out some of my hair and shared her technique which I appreciated.
She gave me the most beautiful haircut and I just wanted her to know she made my day. She was meticulous with how she wanted it and it came out so nice.
I did just want to recognize her for this because it meant the world to me that she could read me but also was not afraid to do her best. You made my day and you were such a doll. I hope you do see this post and it makes your day brighter like your haircut did mine.
Still love all my ladies there and will let any one of them do my hair! They are fantastic. Great people and great atmosphere!

Never got a stylist and had to leave. They were all talking in the back behind closed doors. Awful service, especially to older one.

Went to take my daughter to get a haircut. Only one stylist. After sitting there for 20 minutes, the stylist finished with current client and went out back to take a phone call. Terrible customer service.

Typically it’s a decent place to get a men’s cut but one of the women who cuts there is absolutely horrible. I don’t remember her name but I think it began with A, she has a tattoo on the top of her hand and many more. She absolutely butchered my hair to the point I almost went back there. I can cut hair myself so I was able to fix it. I’m writing this because my cut was so bad it was seriously unacceptable and very obvious it was just bad. The Other lady’s in there do good So I gave 3 stars. She deserves one star and she needs to be fired because I talked to another person who had the same bad experience with her.

I went there today to have my triangle undercut that I have had for years shaved and the lady didnt hold my hair back. I took my hair out of the clip and realized she had shaved a chunk of my long hair off and when I went up and showed it to her she had the audacity to say “yeah, that happens with and undercut” and “I wont be disrespected”. not even an apology. I was obviously upset but never rude or disrespectful. Never even raised my voice.
Its supposed to be a perfect triangle and she over shaved it in two places. Now I have to grow it out to fix it which is an absolute pain. Super upset about this whole experience and her unprofessional, immature attitude.

"Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my last visit to Great Clips. While the haircut itself was not up to the usual standard I've come to expect, what was even more disappointing was the unprofessional behavior of the stylist. Throughout the appointment, she spent the entire time complaining about another employee, which made me uncomfortable and distracted from the service I was there for. As a disabled veteran, I value a welcoming and respectful environment, and this experience fell short of that expectation. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure all customers receive the quality service they deserve."
