My fiancé went here today for a simple blood draw and they had him leave with his arm covered in blood. How they don't make sure their patients arms are clean and properly bandaged is beyond me. His shirt is now ruined too.

I went in this morning, checked in via the kiosk, and was almost instantly called in by Kathleen. She was extremely pleasant and quick. I honestly can say it’s one of the best, and painless, experiences I’ve had at Labcorp or any blood drawing facility! Thank you, Kathleen!

My doctor's staff messed up and sent my lab form to the wrong lab prior to my appointment. So, I had to go pick it up in person and drive over to this lab location for testing ASAP.As it turns out it was noon (lunchtime shutdown), and this phlebotomist (Peter), said, "No problem, I'd be happy to help you out. Come on in."Wow.Now that's service from a great employee! Thanks for making up for my doctor's staff's stupidity!

The technician took care to make sure I was comfortable after sharing that I was nervous! The process was quick and pain free and it was great to be able to make an appointment to minimize wait time.

Extremely rude staff. The wait times are unreal even if you arrive early and are queued up on the screen. Avoid this location it’s the worst LabCorp to go to

Always nice to me. The techs that have drawn blood for me have been very professional and friendly, not mean and nasty ogres. Sometimes they have to double check the orders but I'd prefer they do so there are no errors. Joke: Why couldn't the doctor read the blood test? It was full of type-Os.

Caree and Mark rock at the Exeter location. Several months ago,I encountered a miserable employee and left because she was so unhappy. Today my visit was a breath of fresh air. Caree and Mark were pleasant, professional and personable. Thank you for being so kind.

This place is TERRIBLE. I was there 45 minutes for a simple lab draw. They couldn't figure out what to order in their system, told me I had to provide a credit card even though my insurance should be billed first, and were rude. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

The women that work the lab here work hard. Due to covid19 I think they are getting more customers then usual and no extra employees to help. They get me in and out in reasonable time and are always greet me with a smile. The office is small and not enough employees but they also weren't built for covid19! Keep up the hard work. Thank you

Go anywhere else but here. I can comment knowing I gave them a try more than a few times of disappointing service. The tech was unpleasant. I arrived and watched a gentleman check in after me and they took him first. There is one very nice tech, but you don't always get her. I went to Exeter Hospital and could not have been happier. They were efficient, extremely professional and so kind. I can honestly write this review for Lancorp since I went several times before I'd had enough.

There was little to no room in the waiting room. So another patient was standing and a staff member got after him for standing, he was waiting for his appointment and trying to social distance. Then I was standing outside because the door was open and there was no room inside and she got after me to shut the door. ( I’m not the one who opened the door) Just very cranky and not at all friendly. It’s not a very welcoming facility. No one at front to answer questions or greet patients. You have no idea how long you’ll be waiting etc, dirty. I won’t come back.
