I called Mcfarland Ford's the service dept on 1/12/24 for a quote to replace the water pump on my car, was told they would call me back within the day with a quote. On 1/13/24 I called again and left a message as to why I hadn't heard from them about my quote. On 1/14/24 I emailed Portsmouth Ford asking for the same quote as i need to have my car fixed. On Monday 1/15/24 Portsmouth called me at 9am with a fair quote but couldn't get my car in until the 25th. Needing to have this car fixed was imperative for my husband's job. My brother in law has a mechanic that he uses faithfully in Massachusetts, i called him on the 15th and he took my car right in....in fact i got it back fixed with extras on 1/17/24 and paid A LOT LESS then both quotes from Ford...Moral of this story....Mcfarland Ford in Rochester, NH is NOT dependable.PS... I called on 1/17/24 to ask why i never heard from them...the gentleman that I spoke to asked me for my info and said..."Oh i have your quote right here" and quoted me $3500!!!!! Portsmouth quoted me $2100....the AMAZING mechanic in Mass did it for $1100 and did fluids, a belt, oil change and water pump....

Total Bait and switch!!Terrible place to do business!!They only car about getting the sale by saying one thing and doing another. Stay away the shady salesman Jason will just act dumb when you call him out on his dishonesty. Vultures who just want commission on sales. Single women stay away from test driving with Jason, he is very Touchy and acts dumb when you call him out! Scary place to do Business as a Woman.

Went in to MacFarland Ford to look at a full sized Bronco bs my current Bronco Sport and walked out with a 2023 a few hours later. Could not have been happy with my sales person Cassie and the support team of Bruce and Rob behind her. They were all kind, good to talk to as I made my decision and helpful as I signed all the papers. Did I go in thinking I was going to walk out with a new vehicle? No so, you obviously think I must have been pressured...also, no. Cassie allowed me to take my time, ask a millions questions (a lot of stupid ones) and weigh in on what I actually wanted to do. Overall, I am extremely happy with how everything went! I had to run out as it was the end of the day but, I return on Friday to go over all the buttons, features and soft top so I don't end up breaking something. THANK TOU MACFARLAND FORD and thank you, Cassie. P.S I did sign up for the service and maintenance program which just goes to show my confidence in returning for business.

I give this Place five stars although I had a service truck ordered in April and could not wait until December for it from the factory I still recommend this place Tom is great in commercial sales! Sadly I had to cancel my order and buy a used vehicle as my service truck desperately needed to be taken out of service. I realize it is not the dealerships fault that's a factory cannot deliver the vehicles.

Just purchased a truck today from the good folks at McFarland Ford. The entire sales and finance team was extremely professional, courteous and most critically unlike other dealers in this crazy time McFarland provided an extremely competitive deal at a few cents under MSRP. They also gave me what I thought was a very fair value for my trade, even with a bit of damage to the tailgate, when compared to values on KBB and other sites. I am glad I traveled up from MA to buy the truck, they have sold me on being a customer for life. In fact, my wife and daughter were wondering if they could order a new Bronco! I may be back soon!

Bought my new Ford ecosport last night!Can and Scott were very polite and helped me pick out the car I wanted. Scott was funny and not sure he was new or not but he got everything done and promised to have my car ready later today for pick up. I could have taken it home last night but Scott insisted to get it washed up/waxed and filled up with gas which I greatly appreciated. Thank you AutoFair Ford.The reason for the 4 stars not 5 is because we visited 2 Ford dealerships and already had a lender and pre-approval so the loan was allset up and ready to go. But because Ford has their own lender they both ran a credit check and tried talking me out of using the lender I already had. The first time I walked out that was a Ford dealer in Manchester. Last night they did it again, Scott explained he was just trying to get a better offer but here is the thing, I wasn't going to buy a new car it was because of my lender and the offer they gave me, that I decided to do so. Not to mention I have been working hard on establishing this relationship with my lender and then Ford hits my credit hard not once but twice with credit checks! I didn't need a credit check, I already had the pre approved lender and loan. The same lender I'll be using to buy my house! I even told them I did not care of Ford could offer a better APR% I was dead set on using my lender and yet they still ran a credit check.I have to say that was extremely fustrating! Besides that so far I'm happy with the car I chose and I'm grateful they insisted on shinning it up and fueling it full!Thank you Auto Fair Ford.
