This is the best Credit Union in the state of New Hampshire. Everyone is very professional, especially Fern and the management. I have been going to the Credit Union since 2015 and as long as they’re in business, I will continue to Go. Thanks a lot guys for everything. Whoever gives these guys a bad star review, obviously has their own issues they need to handle because this is the most professional Credit Union I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to Hands-down.-Sean

I have been a member for 38 years. In the last six months: my checking account was closed by a member's mistake, which caused me financial difficulties, I was given the wrong debit card, a death certificate was misplaced by a manager and a different manager said he would phone me with answers to my questions and never did.

Bankers aren't helpful, and you cannot contact any banks. Every business directs you through a 24/7 call center, which is annoying and unhelpful when you only have a question that would take 20 seconds for an answer for as the call center doesn't provide it. Horrible experience.

We have been using them for over 4 years now for many services, checking, savings, home and Auto loans, They are always courteous and responsive and work hard to resolve issues and get results quickly would recommend to everyone

I reached out to Manuela in Exeter who completed my application, approved my loan and closed it all in what felt like an hour. Fast, efficient and always so friendly! Lending can be stressful but Manuela makes it easy and enjoyable. Thank you Manuela and team for always making our entire families transactions smooth, we love doing business in Exeter!

Only used the drive-up ATM, as it was after normal business hours. ATM machine was speedy and worked properly.

Really just wasted my time put money into my bank for it not to be accepting deposits. Horrible service I'm about done with service credit unions ATM going down. Or oartly working clearly couldn't fix before weekend or lazy

Officially getting 1 star simply because every branch you call HAS to go through the 24/7 contact center! Before Covid and before they expanded to federal, everything was easier and better. Now it’s trash. Join small credit unions. These ones no longer care about the members

I have called 4 Service Credit Union offices, I get the same old, "our reps are all busy, leave your name, number and member number and we'll return your call." It doesn't matter what time I call, the same old menu and no one calls me back. I have an issue that ALL the branches are so busy they can't call back. This needs to be fixed.

The Exeter office is like the one in a hundred businesses seldom found these days. It has got to be tedious doing the same thing all day long. However, the tedium seems to be broken up by spending time with the customers in a more personal and fun way; more so than all other banks. And what the competitors don't seem to realize is that alone makes a big difference. It keeps me coming back.And it costs the bank absolutely zero dollars to implemant a similar approach everywhere. I know first hand it starts from the bank manager on down. She returns my calls, helps even when the answer is obvious to everyone but tme. She has gone to the wall to help me with some unique situations. I knew she was fighting for me and succesfully, as well. I had no interest in changing banks until a young lady I work with was trying to gain new customers for SCU in order to get extra Christmas money in a special promotion. I signed up suspecting I was just getting another bank like the others. I wasn't. I felt like I was the big winner. I don't do these reviews unless I want to pay a business back for being both rude and incompetent. Then I crush them. Not this time. Selfishly, I don't want to see the manager ever get promoted because she is that good, but she deserves it. I imagine her ability to train other branches with a her style would be a wise investment. I like my bank because i like the personal touch plus i'm also a fan of good business practices.

The staff is always nice and helpful at this branch. The whole credit union in whole has been nice to deal with.
