I call to hopefully have an expert help my daughter with service on her Jetta, no answer but left a message. After no reply, I call again and get an answer, only to have them get all pissy that I called. Told im not taking any new customers. Then before I can get the words, do you recommend anyone else, out of mouth , I get hung up on.
If you just responded to my message, I would of not called back to waste your precious time

I called this place to ask if they did a diagnostic on Audi and when the guy asked my year of car said to me oh old and they are junk! Ummm I’m sorry what ? So unprofessional and rude I would never bring anything there except a punch in the throat and he was the damn owner just sooo unprofessional really!!

Anthony is a great human being, and a guru when it comes to working on VW Audi. His knowledge blows away the combined knowledge of all the VW/Audi techs on the seacoast. Fair, honest and all around great American.

I just called this business asking about a body repair, as it was listed under "body repair." First, the person who answered the phone greeted me with, and I paraphrase, "we're too busy to answer the phone."I asked if they could replace the dented part of my car. He said, and I quote: "Well, good luck with that, sweetheart." I am not his "sweetheart."I asked why, and he said "we ain't a body shop." I told him that Yelp had it listed as a body shop, and he said, and I quote: "Well, maybe Yelp can go f***ing pound sand." Needless to say, I hung up.

My review is short and clear that I was searching for trusted one past 3 years but he is the one for me (trust me) I went for check engine light for my Audi A6 but he responded in a way like my brother do it for me, not like a techie I really recommend him to any one.......

First and foremost, TRUST WORTHY. We have multiple vehicles he has taken care of. Never had any issues or problems. Would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Excellent Service and very transparent, unlike the VW dealer. He takes the time to explain what's going on and what options you have to repair the car. Very reasonable rates as well. It's hard to find a good small shop mechanic especially one that deals with very complex engines like the TSI 2.0 but he absolutely has earned my trust and I'll keep going back. Thanks
