Several of my family went for PCR Covid Tests needed at different times for travel. All got the results back the next day around 7pm. It seems that it doesn't matter when you go in for the test, the result becomes available next day around 7pm. The web site asked for insurance information, I didn't pay, not sure whether it'll be on insurance or not. I was worrying that I wouldn't be able to get the result in time for my travel, but I'd say the turnaround time is truly just 24 to 32 hours if you take the test on Monday to Thursday. The clerks and the website don't give out any promise when the result becomes available. But what a big relief that we all got our tests needed for traveling! Thanks Walgreens and Aegis Lab!

This pharmacy has really gone down hill. I've used it for years and the one time there is an issue with the prescription I've filled here for years, I call to inquire about it and am treated like dirt. I'm switching pharmacies as soon as possible, this place will not be getting another penny of my money. I'm so sick of the Covid excuse too. Everyone everywhere is understaffed and overworked, try working manual labor if you think you're entitled to be rude to customers...your job is not hard, just busy.

I left the hospital and went to Walgreens to get my pain killers filled. I got to the pharmacy which was still open. The person behind the counter said they can't fill prescription in 7 minutes . I will be in pain all night now. It was only 5 pills....

The pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful and always so supportive of all of my needs. They absolutely go above and beyond any expectation that I have. Kelsey, Yolanda, Jared, Evan, Jackie, Shannon, and Rachel are just to name a few of the amazing staff that they have. All of my prescriptions are always done before the time they are promised. So impressed with this team.

Just wanted to say a very special thank you to the amazing pharmacist Yolanda at the Walgreens in Exeter. She was amazing tonight when my special needs child got his Covid vaccine. So appreciate her kindness and gentle nature with him!

This is for online and in-store experience: Online: Pages were sluggish to load and served photos of other products I wasn't searching for, like SPF facial moisturizer with accompanying photo for sunless tanning lotion. Rinse and repeat, page after page. I finally placed my online order, getting 30% off for Cyber Week promotion, 8% cash back on Retail Me Not and a 40% off offer on mix & match Neutrogena products + a hairdryer. In-Store: I waited for text confirmation but when I got to the store, they couldn't load their site nor had they received my order. They couldn't give me the same promotional discounts but I did get a double side-serving of smug indifference (thanks Brittany). Thank goodness for assistant store manager Wesley: I discovered later that I'd left my credit card behind and he was genuinely helpful when I called then stopped in to pick it up. Wesley said, "It's always nice when you have the opportunity to help people." Awww. Wesley gets 5 stars & bumps up the overall experience to an average 3-star rating. Walgreen's Corporate Office: Promote Wesley to regional manager and give the man a raise.

Height of pandemic- employees are neither masked nor gloves. No barrier between cashier and customer and still screaming welcome to walgreens to incoming customers while 2 feet from cashier customer. Store was empty of buyers I guess its's known as PlagueGreens or WalGerms now. Disregard for employees is shocking.

Stopped to get a few things, amongst them a photo print. The clerk asked if I would like a bag and she started to put the items in a paper bag. I said excuse me, would you mind giving me a plastic bag as it's raining and I don't want the photo to get ruined. She said she couldn't give me plastic because Exeter is switching to paper. Despite the fact that she had a full stack of plastic bags she refused to give me plastic. I was dumbfounded. October 27, around noon

Website and directory say they are open every day 6am until 10pm THEY ARE NOT ... in fact most days it is 10am to 6pm WHAT THEY HECK KIND OF PLACE HAS THISR HOURS? Welcome to 1972. It used to be 24/7 which was excellent for those sick kid nights or post ER visits .... then that stopped and it was 6-10 everyday which is not great but still pretty good ... NOW you have to freaking schedule when you get sick to accommodate them! WTAF ???? Hire some more pharmacists and open like a business in the 21st century for Cripes sake
