Long time Exeter Walgreens user & grateful for the savings every time I shop as a member. Today I saved so much in cosmetics, health aids & more! I was astounded that in addition to the savings, I had also earned a $10. store-wide coupon for my next purchase. The associates are outstanding there too with a great vibe! Thank you!

Dirty, old store. Had appointment for 2:30pm checked in, nobody else there and didn't get shot till 3pm kind of makes you wonder why they have appointments.

Normally I like this store but I've about had it with the lack of speed while waiting at the pharmacy. I waited for half an hour in and out of line trying to get my medicine. I gave up and walked out after waiting for so long. If you have seven employees in the pharmacy, have more than one working the registers. Dont let the line build up, absolutely ridiculous. I never got my medication because I got fed up with waiting. Do better.

Very poor impression. Had the first vaccine appointment of the day and got there 15+ minutes early to check in as instructed, but they wouldn't check me in even though no customers were at the pharmacy counter and didn't get my shot till 30 mins after my appointment. I politely asked if that was normal and got response that "We're running a pharmacy here." Add to that the filthy bathroom and it all adds up to not coming back. Very different than the experience I've had at the Walgreens in Lee, NH. I'll stick to that location going forward.

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY** The pharmacist on duty here thinks she should be the one to determine which medication your allowed to have or not have…..instead of worrying about her own ridiculous fantasies of being more than a pharmacist, she should fill the scripts, do her job, and help people instead of making their lives hell! I am not surprised at all reading other reviews of this place now that I am typing this of how much of a joke this place is. This also isn’t about narcotics because sadly they think they should determine if your good enough to get Motrin prescribed or will tell you that they can’t give you something because it might not mix well with something else you take….last time I checked that was something the DOCTOR determined not the snotty Pharmacist. I am going to make sure these people know what kind of grief they cause people so next time they break a bone maybe we can decide if they get the medication they were prescribed or not….not to mention nobody there even works they all are on there phones talking about gossip that is not even work related I can only imagine what kind of puppet you need to be to work for that person that calls herself a “pharmacist” there. STAY AWAY!!!!

The pharmacy at this location needs to be SHUT DOWN down due to the way they treat their customers who may be on, GOD FORBID, pain medication. It is appalling and completely unethical. I have witnessed first hand people being degraded and treated like 3rd class citizens in front of other customers solely because of the medication they are prescribed by a medical doctor!I highly, highly recommend going to a different pharmacy that won't humiliate you. It's pathetic that even the medical community is aware of this problem at the Exeter location and even they cannot affect change.Step it up, Walgreens Exeter! Do your job and fill the scripts Doctors have prescribed their patients without judgement. Nobody deserves to be treated so poorly because a pharmacist has formed a biased opinion. Shame on you.

someone who is competent please report this pharmacy to the state. I did my part and reported them and apparently that was not enough if they're still in operation. Or at least boycot this location.

About a month or two ago, I went to pick up a prescription for my dad, and it wound up not being filled yet. According to the pharmacy tech, their pharmacist was on lunch break, so I took an hour myself to try again. After returning to the store, the pharmacy tech had snapped at me, "I told you your prescription would be ready when I called you." My dad's contact numbers are a landline and his cell phone, so I wouldn't know if he got a call. I wasn't pushy or demanding - I just asked a question. That's no way to treat anybody. Because of this rude pharmacy tech I won't be back for my own prescriptions. Nobody should be treated like I was for asking a question, customer or not.

I just got yelled at by a associate for touching a stuffed animal on a display. The young lady had a major attitude problem issue. Like girl please. ???

The staff at this location is superb. Many of the "up-front" staff try to welcome their customers as they enter. Several of them go out of their way to help. The pharmacy team has been very helpful on several occasions trying to find ways for me to save money on very expensive prescriptions. If it weren't for them, my out of pocket costs would be extraordinary. I'm very grateful for their patience and advice. As I was waiting to speak to a representative at the pharmacy, I observed one technician and the pharmacist speaking very calmly to a customer who obviously was confused over his prescription. They defused a difficult situation (the customer wouldn't take no for an answer) as they explained that the customer would need to get clarification from their doctor and then re-submit a prescription. Simple? Yes. But it's how they handled it that was very impressive. They were very professional. While everyone is short-staffed these days, the team at this location works through this and does the best job they can. They're very deserving of five stars.

I don’t even know where to begin to describe the complete lack of customer service, professionalism, common courtesy, and common sense that I’ve experienced at this Walgreens location. I’ll try to keep it short: standard scripts are never in stock, when you call to speak to the pharmacy you’re put on hold for a really, really long time, and most of the store and pharmacy staff are miserable, RUDE, and unwelcoming. Save yourself the aggravation and poor customer service. Don’t even walk in. GO TO Rite Aid, practically next door to this utterly lacking Walgreens location.

This pharmacy has really gone down hill. I've used it for years and the one time there is an issue with the prescription I've filled here for years, I call to inquire about it and am treated like dirt. I'm switching pharmacies as soon as possible, this place will not be getting another penny of my money. I'm so sick of the Covid excuse too. Everyone everywhere is understaffed and overworked, try working manual labor if you think you're entitled to be rude to customers...your job is not hard, just busy.

I left the hospital and went to Walgreens to get my pain killers filled. I got to the pharmacy which was still open. The person behind the counter said they can't fill prescription in 7 minutes . I will be in pain all night now. It was only 5 pills....
