Repair & Service Work on a Our 2008 Monaco Dynasty;
We were referred to B&B by National Wrecker in Portsmouth, NH National Wrecker gave them high marks for their service and integrity. We thank them for that referral because our experience through the entire process of working with B&B, (particularly Ashley Buote, Dave Roy and Jake (on the front line), was a pleasure. I was so impressed with their level communication, their customer courtesy, their attention to detail, their quick follow up on responses over the phone, text and e-mails and their professionalism through the entire process. They documented each of our requests and repairs, they followed through on each repair / service request or acknowledged what they could or could not do based on timelines. They were spot on with the amount of time required to resolve each issue and they followed up at the end with a complete review of their work using a detailed invoice. It’s what anyone would want when they are looking for EXCELLENT service on all levels.

We experienced the best customer service and mechanical service at B&B! We were staying in Milton, NH with our F350 Dually with truck camper in the bed when a brake line ruptured. We called the shop on Monday and we were able to drop the truck off (with camper still on) Wednesday afternoon to be worked on Thursday morning. They were in touch with us before lunch on Thursday with diagnostics done, recommendation, and estimate. We agreed to the work and it was completed before the end of the day. Excellent service! Excellent pricing! Excellent turnaround time! Highly recommend them for your truck and RV service needs!

They messed up the tires on my rv and agreed to pay back they $4,000 in damages because of the wheel not being on all the way and it’s been over a year since the accident and they still haven’t paid me back and the owner is alway on vacation every time I call them. I’m not sure if they really are on vacation or if they are just saying that to not have to deal with the damages they caused by not putting the wheel on correctly

We used B&B to winterize and de winterize our rv. They did not fully de winterize the rv leaving antifreeze in the lines, 3 levers closed, and a plug undone. We had to return and call multiple times to get the rv usable. We also used them for the rv inspection. They gave me a qoute of $860 for everything needed for inspection. They ended up keeping my rv a month and charging $2400. They charged me $80 to move my liscense plate lower which I never approved. When I finally got my rv back the black water tank and toilet were overflowed and had raw sewage leaking across my floors (my black water tank was 3/4 full when we dropped it off) Unfortunately they're one of the only nearby rv repair shops. I recommend driving the extra distance to use someone else.

Truly a great place to have your vehicle repaired. Had universal joints replaced on my driveshaft disconnect replaced at another repair shop. They could not adjust it properly. Kept popping out of gear. The A&B mechanics were able to fix it in short order. Great job

They have fixed our RV and inspected it for years. we just sold our RV via consignment with them and it only took one week to sell on his lot so very fast. They are honest. They keep your vehicle safe. worth every penny and they do welding and that's great for parts that need fixed.
