    I had a climate controlled unit for several years. Only one mouse in all that time. It was taken care of immediately.

    Would be nice if the entry keypad did not require stepping out of the vehicle every… single.. time. So.. 4/5 stars.

    Been with Lock-tite for years, great people, willing to help and adjust if needed. Prices can't be better anywhere else. They really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of. Willing to help with the smallest details, to the biggest issue (if one a raises). 5 stars is not enough.
