“I brought my 2012 jeep grand cherokee to a different shop for diagnoses and over heating. They had it for 4 days and only fixed 1 issue. Got told they had to source the parts and didn't know why the front end had a knock. Brought it to Hamlin and in 6 hours he knew what was wrong and told me he can get my parts in a day or 2. It's going to take a day or more he said to correct the issue, and a bit of money. Now Hamlin is extremely busy because he's the best in town, and he's a straight shooter. My jeep is scheduled for its repairs and I can't wait to get it back and driving like new. Now my jeep was scheduled just for a diagnoses but I needed a oil change. Jay was awesome and added it to the diagnoses so I stayed on top of maintenance. Definitely will be bringing both my wife and my jeeps to him from now on. Thanks Jay and crew for being awesome!”

“I stopped in today, on a busy Friday with a tire pressure of 13 psi. The staff were all friendly and professional and found a screw in my tire. They repaired it for free (!) and had me on my way in <30 minutes! These guys are awesome!! This is the second time they have helped me. A year ago, I was leaving suddenly on a long drive to Pennsylvania because my mother was in the hospital and they fixed my tire immediately so I could leave for my 10 hour trip. I'm so grateful to have this business here in town! Many thanks!!!”

“I had told them that possibly one of my tire pressure sensors was not working. When i got the car back. The sensor still was not working. The store manager was super responsive and fixed it free of charge. How ever the mechanic should have noticed it driving it from the repair bay to the parking lot.”
