I called early this morning because I have an oil delivery tomorrow. Im low and I really need this delivery. I was stranded not being able to get out of my driveway. I confirmed on the phone twice, this morning and this afternoon. I assumed it would happen and i put my trust in this company because people recommended you. I spoke to someone on the phone this morning who said he added me. I texted him tonight and he said he would be right over. No show. Didnt respond to texts. I don’t really know what to say. I’m super disappointed. If you couldnt do it don’t say you will. Now I won’t get my oil delivery and I won’t have heat because I trusted you to come sand my driveway.
