Aiken Manor Bed & Breakfast offers a wonderful and cozy stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean, cozy, and warm, providing just the right fit. The proprietor is an extremely welcoming and wonderful host, a bright soul who goes way beyond the call of duty. The homemade breakfast is a highlight, made with love and fresh everything. It is incredible and amazing, with careful accommodation for dietary restrictions. The property is very nice, located right in front of the lake near the wonderful town of Franklin. It is close to amazing restaurants and activities like kayaking. Guests love their stay, describe it as a remarkable experience, and would definitely visit again.
Oh boy, where to start, Yvonne asked us about Coffee service time, it was already awaiting when we went to retrieve it. Breakfast was excellent, and she was happy to work around my dietary needs! The Library room was so damn inviting I wanted to stay forever! Will stay again, and have already recommended to friends!

We loved our stay -- Yvonne is a wonderful host and everything was just right. Breakfast was a highlight, and the town of Franklin is wonderful. Next time we will try kayaking on the lake!

We stayed in the Daniel Webster room amd it was just the right fit for us. Yvonne is a wonderful host! She keeps a very nice property and makes an amazing breakfast.
