The CVS in Franklin, NH gives the best service and even with a smile. The store is stocked and labeled so things are easy to find. Employees are ready to assist you and answer your questions and go out of their way to check for items if not on the shelf. Checkout is easy especially if you use the app or CVS card. We will definitely return to the Franklin, NH CVS store. Thank you for the superior service.

CVS in Franklin is clean, respectful and friendly. Pharmacy is So very good, always take time to talk to you if any questions. Everyone is very friendly and takes special care of you .Website very convenient and easy to navigate, always get a text when my prescriptions are ready. Above and beyond.

Automated phone service is waste of my time. I like talking to real people for a 30 second answer of how much my prescription is bad customer service. Bad business. I miss rite aid pharmacy rather have a mom and pop pharmacy in town

They closed the pharmacy 4 minutes early. I live 30 minutes one way now I have to come back tomorrow. Not happy at all!!

Unkind associate, when I was checking out telling me I had to pay more, the card reader kept saying please wait. The associate was rude and disrespectful. Kept saying I owe money, I can't pay when the computer wasn't working properly and his screen said I owe. He didn't apologize at all, I said there was a miscommunication and I apologize when it's not my fault, but it's your machine.

Usually the service and selection here are good, but the pharmacist Myranda was awful. She stood there for 5 minutes while other pharmacy staff were working on the previous customer's prescription. Then she thought my last name was my first name (how?) And after all of that refused to ring up my 1 item, telling me to go to the front.

Poor customer service at the pharmacy. Refused to look into an order that my Dr sent in two days ago. Said they would have to resend. They shoud have offered to call.

Went to the pharmacy for my daughter. Havent been to CVS in awhile. Usually go to Rite Aid. Had conflicting insurance while using the drive through. Happens often because of my insurance through the VA. I was politely asked to come inside to sort things out. Felt the staff went out of their way to help me with my issue. I think the primary one that helped me was Zoe, and another that I didnt get the chance to see her tag. Anyways, they went above and beyond. Super helpful. I am most definitely going to change to have my scripts to go here.
