Sam is extremely knowledgeable, and will NOT let you leave with your newest addition until he knows you are fully prepared and ready for the commitment you are making. He took the time to go through EVERYTHING I needed to know, start to finish, and I left feeling confident that I was ready to take care of Spudz! Everything is by the books, all paperwork kept properly, very clean facility, and overall I am extremely happy with my experience. Definitely recommend ??

We picked up our first ever hedgehog today. Sam (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer ALL of our questions. The atmosphere is welcoming and Sam took the time to match us with right hedgehog for us! And if you use the chat pop up on the website, you are talking to Sam directly (not a robot) :) The shop has everything you need (cage, food, bedding, complimentary toys when you buy the first time package deal) if you don’t already have the supplies you need. I highly recommend this place, they clearly take very good care of their hedgehogs.

Granite State was awesome, I have been thinking of purchasing a hedge hog for few years now. I was definitely going to use this sight from day one my initial chat questions were answered so quickly and I knew after my first phone conversation this was where I was going to purchase our newest family member. It was quite a drive but once we got there we were introduced to our newest family member Needles. We were talked through all we needed to know with so much one on one attention I would absolutely recommend this breeder rather than a big chain pet store.

My hedgehog is very well socialized and friendly. When I first met him, he was so curious, and when I put him down he got a little shy. Sam gave me tips on how to pick him up and bond with him. It was such a good experience. I’m a first time hedgehog owner, and found all the information and supplies that I need at this shop. Sam really cares about these little sweet animals, and you can tell he has a passion for hedgies. My hedgie was worth every penny.

We made the trip to meet Sam and Blue today and pick up Reese! Sam was great at explaining everything there was to know and make sure Reese gets the best love and care! I can’t thank them enough for bringing this sweet guy into our family!

Sam was great! Talked me threw the process as this was our first hedgehog and a gift for my wife. He made sure I understood all the ins and outs of taking care of the little girl. Will definitely do business with Sam again.

Firstly I want to say Thank you Sam for what you do! You are an amazing person and I hope your business continues to flourish and grow! I drove to pick up my baby in January and have been in love since. He was socialized and so comfortable first time holding and is still this way. A very happy little guy! Sam provides you with all of the information you need for your new hedgie including a baggie of food. He also responds very quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. Which is very appreciated! I am proud to say I purchased my baby from GSH, I plan on making this place my spot of choice from now on! Keep up the good work Sam!

We had a wonderful experience with Granite State Hedgehogs. I was in touch with the owner via the live chat within minutes, and we reserved our baby quickly. Went to pick up this morning and the place was clean and inviting. Sam made sure we knew all of the basics, was patient with our small children, and we brought our girl home. She settled right in for a nap after a few minutes of exploring and we are delighted with her!

If you are looking to get a little hedgie friend this is the place to go!Sam (owner) is very sincere, knowledgeable and friendly. We had a rough Christmas this year and Sam helped us salvage it the very next day. His availability on his website's live chat is outstanding and he will NOT leave you hanging. My experience from the beginning has been eye-opening and exciting. Do not go anywhere else for your hedgie friend unless you are a very familiar with hedgie care taking. This is the spot! 10/10 highly recommend.
