I went to Monroe for an inspection sticker and unbeknownst to me I needed 4 new tires on my 3 year old car. The staff went out of their way to find me the best tires for my money. I really felt my best interests were served. Within 24 hours I had new tires, an alignment and the inspection sticker. I will be a customer for life! Thank you to Dave and his staff.

Had a valve stem break on me on my way home from work. They close at 7pm and were willing to get me in before they close to help me out! Great service would recommend to my friends and family.

I stopped here after noticing a rattling sound under my car on the way to the White Mountains. The team was so kind and squeezed me into their busy Saturday morning schedule. Thankfully, it was a quick fix — just my metal plate shield that needed to be repositioned and screwed back in. In less than 30 minutes, they had me safely back on the road and able to enjoy my hike. I’m very grateful for their generosity and highly recommend them!

Myself my boyfriend and our friend had just finished a grueling backpacking trip up in the mountains of beautiful New Hampshire. When we began departing the trail in my Honda civic we quickly found a jagged rock with the passenger steer tire. Immediately the tire lost pressure almost as fast as we were losing faith in finding a replacement tire on this busy Labor Day. We made countless calls to mechanics shops and tire repair shops without an answer. Finally a beam of light shined through the dark stormy cloud of our hopes, and that lights name was David at Monroe auto service and tire center . David was clearly having a busy day and was able to squeeze us into his already busy schedule without us making a prior appointment. Without hesitation David and his college repaired my tire effortlessly with in a timely yet precise manor. If it wasn’t for David and his colleges at Monroe auto service and tire center guaranteeing our safety during our passage back home we wouldn’t know what to do. We would recommend David and the quality service that comes with Monroe auto service and tire repair again and again to any individual.

I had a great experience at the Franklin Monro shop. It was easy to schedule an appointment, they got my car in to their shop quickly, found the problem with my tire, & communicated well throughout. I was impressed & will return to this shop again.

Had a great experience. Went in for an alignment, spoke to them about other issues on my car, was surprised when I got the car back with all my concerns addressed! They barely charged me for the extras! Highly recommend. I always look for a mechanic I can trust when I move to a new town and I think I just found one. Will be going back to them for all my mechanical needs.

My neighbor recommended me to come here on Saturday due to my tire issue. I came to the store without an appointment and they still took me and checked my tire! They fixed my tire quickly and didn’t charge me. David and his team are very professional and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for any car problems! Thank you so much!

I was on vacation in the area and noticed a flat tire damaged beyond repair. They were able to squeeze me in last minute before closing to help me out since most tire places were closed on Sunday and I would have been stranded. The service itself was quick and high quality, highly recommend!
