“Our car overheated and broke down about an hour away from home. We had the car towed here. David gave me the bad news that the engine couldn't be serviced and recommended replacing the engine (a fair assessment). He researched used engines available and gave a quote for the job. Unfortunately it was too much of an investment than the car is worth, so I asked David if he could recommend a nearby salvage yard. After all that and having my car in his yard for a week, he didn't charge me anything and helped to remove the tags for me. If I lived in this area I would definitely come back to him.”

I had purchased tires last month from another BJ's and on my way up north I had an unexpected flat. After a kind man put air in my tire he told me to have it fixed asap. After no one could help me I called Michelin customer service had me visit 5 different stores in Laconia that are supposed to honor their products. Well after going to all those places and been denied service, I finally came to BJ's in Tilton and received an amazing service. Even when the tire I needed wasn't available, they made sure I can get to my destination and back safely. The next day tire was changed and service Michelin talked about was honored.
These guys are amazing and I would always give them my service.
