“I did my homework, visited 4 glass companies, and settled on Premier because of the fantastic customer service and price (they were about $400 less than Timberline for a comparable solution). I met the owner Dennis on site and he was the one who measured my new shower for sliding glass doors. The installers were Dennis' son and nephew. They were fabulous... and really nice people too. The installation was great but I didn't like the towel bar on the inside of the shower because I felt cramped. They came back the next day and replaced it with nice quality knobs.. No charge. There are huge benefits to working with a family operation that cares about quality and values their customers.”
