USPS has the absolute worse excuse for customer service. It's impossible to talk to a representative and you manage to turn a 30 second phone call into a 5 minute ordeal that doesn't get resolved. It's shameful. The only reason you get one star is because I have to put one in order to proceed.

On two occasions, my mother has mailed a card from Danville and it took NINE days to reach Fremont. Unbelievable.
