Garbage service over charged me 51.19 for shipping a tire so 76$ in total when Nothing was ever said when dropped off weighed and labeled but then get a notice after it already delivered… I’ve sent many tires of the same size and weight and never had an issue this is ridiculous!!!!

It was the only place within an hour and a half of me so I have to go but won’t return, walked in and the two ladies working were out back talking saw me walk in made eye contact with me went back to talking and then said quite loudly “he can’t wait” so yes I did for 6 minutes then got insulted for the duct tape on my box oh well it was shipped

Package wasn't delivered got a call saying driver couldn't find my house. Wow I just got a fedex delivery 2 days before what changed . This happens every other order with fedex. So they give me a number to call to verify my address again and what a shock the guy that answers the phone barely speaks English and is no real help. Funny I never have this problem with UPS

This business is in an interesting location. The woman at the counter created my label in less than a minute. I was in and out in less than two minutes. The parking was right next to the door.

Great services. US Post Office was horrible. I mailed 3 cards at the same day to Long Island. One got was 5-6 days later but the last one arrives my eldest son was 3 weeks. Nothing can go bad with FedEx

I've had some pretty bad experiences at this one trying to resolve a delivery and to ship an item back. Mainly gave us standard replies and did not go out of their way to explain how to best resolve.
Managers of this site should take a look at our customer services being done.

I’ve talked to the drivers and called multiple times. Every package that comes gets delivered to the neighbors house and it’s a trailer. They steal every package. It’s to the point I don’t order something if i see it comes fed ex. Just ridiculous. Companies end up sending us something 3-4 times and if we’re not there the neighbors just take it. I recently received an envelope containing important documents shipped to me via FedEx International Priority. Unfortunately, the delivery was left outside my door in the rain without any attempt to ring the doorbell. This lack of care resulted in my documents being soaked and damaged. I have never experienced such issues with other shipping companies, and this level of service is completely unacceptable.

Always disappointed in this shipping service. They have never delivered a package within the timeframe provided. It’s been a consistent negative experience doing business at this FedEx location.

They are efficient, helpful and so patient. I had a delayed order of live animals and was able to retrieve them no problem the next morning. We even opened the container to make sure they were ok! Thank you!
