She did the procedure quickly and with the smallest amount of pain, which was a relief. Moreover, she engaged in conversation and made sure I had water to drink, and surprisingly, it was the first time I didn't feel sick during a blood draw. My veins are small and often difficult to work with, but she handled them with expertise and skill. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs blood work; she truly made the whole process comfortable and pleasant for me.”
