Horrible website. difficult to book and no one to talk to. They add a test to your cart to buy with no info as to when or where it is to be performed.

Zero stars if I could. I drove out of my way significantly to come to this location to do a drug screening and after waiting 30 mins to be seen they tell me they don't do drug screenings there anymore. I had originally scheduled this through an online portal as a drug screening and then checked in as a drug screening. Don't you think they'd update their system ? They even had drug screening hours posted inside the lobby!! The lady was very rude and just said we don't do them anymore, bye. Unacceptable for such a large company.

The phlebotomist at the Gilford location is AMAZING. She is professional, pleasant, and seems genuinely happy. I do wish an additional location could be established in Alton or the Rochester area since the Somersworth location no longer has hours. It's very inconvenient to have patients from these areas drive to Gilford or Portsmouth - both are 45 to 50 minutes one way.

First time with this technicianNot the best experience. Difficulty with blood draw and then she wanted me to pay? Explainec my insurances cover this in full. Usually see Diana - go every 6 months with no difficulty with draw.

I had an appointment which was scheduled by the VA. Upon arriving at 1:30 for the 1:40 appointment, the door was locked and the office was dark. I hung around for an extra 20 minutes and nobody opened the office. I called the number and got a simple, "this office is temporarily closed" message. There is no way to reach anyone to reschedule, or inquire when they'll open. From now on, I'll just drive to Concord or something.

Had a confirmed appointment, but when I arrived (early even) the door was locked and the lights were off. No one attempted to contact me. When you call the phone number it just says "this location is temporarily closed". I will never return.

Zero stars. Can't talk to a human via the phone. My new employer requires drug test within 3 business days. First available appointment on Quest's system is in 7 business days. Also called Quest's 1-800 Service Number. They can't help either and only confirmed the next available appointment date 7 days from now. I could lose my employment opportunity over this.
