“Would never think to rate a post office, but the staff/clerks here are amazing! Went to Concord for Passport processing because the passport office said they were walk in only. They turned away for not having an appointment. Was about to be a wasted day off, but the friendly staff here fit us in and were the nicest people we needed on a bad day.”

“With new staff, this is undoubtedly the best post office in NH. Very small space with the ability to do passports. Nikki was a pleasure to work with and explained everything thoughtfully+thoroughly. Limited parking.”

“The staff at this post office are amazing. I was helped by a delivery driver who had other concerns beyond customer service, and an office representative who should have been in a rush to leave for the day, yet insisted upon making time for an in need customer. I only wish my memory had served me better in reference to their names!”
