“I like it here cause the price is cheap and it never increases which is why other storages should take notes and keep the price locked in same price Everytime cause I had a climate control before and they increased the price like 4 times and it got me angry so I left cause of price increases and that's how you lose customers not good for business but this place I been here a few years ago left to climate control then left that to go back here and now leaving again which is a bummer but who knows I might be back again you never know only if they have something available but not bad for this place if you want affordable cause other places are expensive and then you have price increases which is bad for business...”

“I lived here for the past year while attending graduate school and was really impressed with the management team. They genuinely care about building a sense of community, decorating for holidays, organizing events, and even hosting breakfast and pizza parties. Their effort made living here enjoyable.

The location was great—I loved being close to my school, yoga studio, and downtown. The apartments are nice, and maintenance is easy to reach and very responsive. The heating and cooling system is a bit quirky. On the ground (2nd) floor, I never needed AC, but winters were very chilly, likely due to the large windows. If you're moving into a ground floor unit, expect to keep the heat on regularly.”

“I visited 25 Canal street in Mid September. Felicity took me on a tour of the property and I was extremely impressed. The amenities are over-the-top, the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. I was able to see an apartment which made all the other pre-fab cookie cutter places I had seen pale in comparison. Felicity was professional, smart and very knowledgeable about the past, current and future of 25 Canal.
I am now waiting for an apartment to come up that fits my needs.”
