“Jacques always sends the best arrangements. I have been ordering from them for years and I’ve never been disappointed. I ordered an arrangement this morning at 7:45 and my friend received it by 10:00. Amazing shop and people.”

“Such beautiful flowers and arrived same day though ordered late morning. Staff is friendly and accommodating and our daughter loved them! Our new go-to florist!!”

“David always takes care of my needs. Today he went above and beyond by staying open a little longer for me when I called and explained I’d be at his shop right about close time even though he had his own personal matters to attend to he waited for me, he always takes care of his customers and truly cares that you are happy with what his shop can provide. A+ customer service is lost these days.”

“PJ and his team do an amazing job! We’ve used their services multiple times over the years. Recently I’ve been the recipient of several bouquets purchased by family and colleagues for me, and many came directly from PJs. Each was beautifully done!”

“Hard working people. The owner is one of the most knowledgeable and always willing to help and make things right. We spend tremendous amount of money on flowers and being loyal customers to Bay State in Benford for few years. As always, you will have bad apples, but if you raise a concern, you will be heard. You need to know your flowers.”
