I’ve been coming to Pretty Nails for over 10 years, and I can honestly say I have never walked out disappointed. The quality of work is always top-notch—my nails come out perfect every single time! The team here is incredibly talented, professional, and kind. They take their time, pay close attention to detail, and truly care about giving you the best experience.
Even when I don’t have an appointment, they always do their best to squeeze me in, and I really appreciate their flexibility and willingness to accommodate. The atmosphere is always welcoming and clean.
I can’t recommend them enough!!

What a terrible experience. My teenage daughter wanted a father/ daughter day and she decided on pedicures. I called this place a week ahead of time made an appointment arrived On time. We were completely ignored for 10 minutes then put in the pedicure chair and ignored for another 15 minutes. Being a male I chose not to get a color but they did not even trim or clean up my toenails. The employee rubbed my feet in warm water for 10 minutes and that’s it. $50 each plus tip. My daughter did get a color but they also did not trim her nails or clean them up. Never again save your money go someplace else. Horrible customer service, probably because I’m a man.

Scheduled pedicures for my mom sister and I for 3:00. Staff hardly greet you when you come in. At 3:20 they brought us over to the pedicure chairs but there were only three people working and they all were busy with other customers. Unfortunately they never said it will be only another ten minutes until we were walking out to leave. Overall negative experience.

I care about these guys a ton!
They make any bad day better!
From when you just need a pick me up or to just feel like you’re enough, pretty nails is a perfect place to go.
They are not only extremely talented, but kind and heart warming too.
I feel lucky to have such an amazing lady do my nail and feet care.
She’s so good with ingrown toenails and manicures.
Quynh and Nancy are so so talented. I defintely recommend going to visit them and seeing for yourself! I have yet to be disappointed and I’ve been going for awhile now.

Clean, friendly, and little on the $$ side. Coming from California, where every corner has a nail salon, I've never paid more than $25 for a manicure. Regular prices are around $17- $20 for a clean, no fuss manicure.
In New Hampshire, I paid $30, but by the time you tipped them... I ended up paying $40 for a manicure 😳

Nancy and Quynh never disappoint! They are so kind and patient when my 5 year old comes and gets her nails done with me. They are also extremely friendly and personable. The salon is always clean and they go out of their way to give you what you want! I strongly recommend pretty nails!

My daughter and I made a reservation for services 2.5 hrs in advance. Once we got there, on time announcing that we made an appt, we noticed there were 4 people there getting acrylic nails and one child. No one was nearly done. We sat and patiently waited. For 35 mins employees walked by us several times, not even looking at us let alone saying anything, not even hello or an update. How rude and unprofessional! After waiting over a 1/2 an hour beyond our scheduled appt time we got up to walk out. It was only then that we were acknowledged in any way. Pretty Nails, that is no way to treat a double appt customer! You certainly made a first impression, and last!

I have been a nail customer almost 30 years. I started coming to Pretty Nails before Covid. They are my number one go-to nail salon. I would rather not get my nails done if they are closed. You will hear laughter and good conversations during your appointment. Everyone knows your name!

I have been coming to Pretty Nails for nearly 10 years. Nancy and Quinn treat you like family. Nancy does THE BEST nails…. never thick, always perfectly manicured, and last forever! I moved to another town and still make the trip for my nails! Highly recommend!!
