“Actually, so far I feel a little disappointed. After a month and days waiting for the appointment, (which we had been informed in the pre-crash review that the parts would be ordered) we have almost two weeks of waiting, with nothing specific yet. We know that it happens because we call, we insist (select in the form to update the jobs, not at all). In the future, I will update, whenever the completion of the work happens. “After being left on the side of the road by Progressive Roadside Assistance (they cancelled my tow after a 3 hour wait - it was requested at 8:30 pm - and informed me they had to reschedule it for 9 am the next morning) I was referred to Matt Brown towing by the Bow Police. Jimbo arrived shortly after my call and towed my vehicle to the tire shop. He was kind and friendly and eased my anxiety after being left out in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours with my two teenage daughters by my insurance company that I pay for this service for.
