Extremely disappointing experience. I reached out as a serious buyer on an $80K+ Vehicle and the communication from this dealership was terrible. They asked for my info, photos of my trade, and said they were working on numbers ...then completely disappeared. No follow-up, no breakdown, no courtesy call, nothing. Two days with zero response after asking for a full quote.
If this is the level of attention they give someone trying to BUY a 80k + vehicle, I can only imagine how bad the service would be after the sale.. Unprofessional and a wasted my time. Hope no one else gets this treatment. GOOD LUCK with them!

For me to take the time to conduct a review is highly unusual. However, the repeated positive experiences I’ve had at Unique Ford of Goffstown is worth that time. Heather, the GM, is over the top helpful, which reminded me of why I only buy from this dealership. Don’t get me wrong, I shop around for best value. Then I bring my best deal to Unique Ford, and they’ve always got my final look. Very low stress approach to sales. If you need them they’re around. I will gladly take the time to write something positive about this dealership, any time. A true team feel here. Scott

Where to Begin! This dealership defines the word excellence. This will be the third vehicle we have bought from Heather, Marvin and the team and we are more impressed every time. The efficiency of getting there, getting the paperwork done and leaving with the new ride is something I have never experienced before. Heather is by far the best General Manager I have every worked with in my life. She is kind, thoughtful and really listens to what you want. Marvin is great as well and knows so much about the vehicles. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from heather and the team, and send everyone who are looking for a new vehicle to them. They are 10/5 stars. Nothing but the best.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience purchasing a new 2025 Ford Bronco from Unique. We had previously used another local dealer with high pressure sales tactics, and that whole auto buying experience left a bad taste in our mouths. What sets Unique apart is that it is a smaller shop with personable service. We worked with David who was super knowledgeable about Broncos and refreshingly straightforward. Heather was very easy to work with as well when we were trading in our other Bronco - we felt we were treated fairly and were given good value for our trade-in. The numbers guy, Dave, was also terrific – there were no high pressure sales tactics or pressure to purchase lots of extras and warranties. Will we use Unique again? Absolutely 100%. This is a different car buying experience and we are big fans. We've also used their service department – we ordered some extras for our Bronco and they did an excellent job with installation and the work was done expertly and on time. We are completely sold on this dealership. I highly recommend you stop in and experience the difference!

First this is not a paid review. I was interested in the f250 ford STX model. I had an appointment to see the truck. When I got I was greeted by a salesman. He’s is friendly. I told why was there and what I was interested in looking at. Before I test drove the vehicle the dealership had done a few extra this to the vehicle which brought the price up bit more he explained it all to me. Was nice no hidden surprises. And I like the extra details they had done. The process was not stressful at all I felt I could have left at any time. But I didn’t want the deal was honest and actually we both got a great deal on there purchase and mine. They gave me an honest price for my trade. I never heard those awful words. What would it take to get you into this vehicle today. To me that a dealer ship in desperation. I would definitely recommend this dealership if they have what your looking for oh and didn’t try to sell me anything that I didn’t want. I’ve already added some stuff to it. Super awesome experience buying my truck at Unique Ford! I had plans to travel around to all the local dealerships but I found everything I needed at Unique. The great staff were a joy to be around and work with. I will certainly return for my next vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle!

Bought a 2019 Ford raptor from them very professional very calm one of the best used car buying experience. I’ve had did the best they could to get me into the number where I could afford it. I definitely do business with them again in the future. I dealt with Marvin. He was awesome. It was nice to be able to go in and sit down and just chat An experience good customer service The sales manager there she was very personable and easy to talk to so once again, I will definitely do business with them again

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Unique Ford. My husband is on his 4th (maybe 5th) purchase from them. Marvin and his team continue to make car buying so easy that we don't even consider going anywhere else. There are no games, no talking "at" us and no surprises. A totally pleasant, respectful experience. I highly recommend them if you are looking for stress free car buying.

Unique Ford sent me a letter saying they were purchasing Ford lease-end vehicles at "top dollar." I made an appointment for an appraisal and drove over an hour to get there. When I arrived, no one knew anything about my appointment, and there was no management on-site to do the appraisal. A younger employee stepped up, took some photos, and said someone would call later. On my way back home, I got a call from the dealership asking if I was still coming in for my appointment. From that moment, it was nothing but empty promises. They kept saying they would call, even texting me at 9:30 pm from a manager asking if someone had reached out to me. This place is truly unique. I'm just glad I only wasted my time driving there and didn't end up buying a car from them.
