Failed to deliver my package, went to pick it up because THEY said they had it and they lost it! Great job guys!
They also never answer the phone and I have to end up calling corporate to which is also, yet again, no help.

Went to pick up a letter that got mailed to me. Says couldn’t deliver needed signature, which is fine. So I drove there mind you on a Wednesday afternoon 3:30 I got there and there’s a note on the door saying closed. Guy in the window looking out at my vehicle. Bullshit.
