I have to say that i'm absolutely disgusted that I was left on hold for someone to come answer the phone, for over 25 minutes before this office closed and nobody ever came to answer the phone on Saturday before noon. How convenient. I wanted to check on a package that was supposed to have been delivered today with my with my mail. And yet was not showing in my "informed delivery" so I wanted to see if I could come down to the post office to pick it up since all my updates showed that it was at the post office in Goffstown. So completely unprofessional. My brother-in-law is a postmaster and I will be relaying this information.

They dont care, they throw your mail out, they make up stories and nobody can keep a straight story at that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WORST POST OFFICE IN NEW ENGLAND.

Hellen Keller could do a better job sorting and delivering the mail then these folks. It a good day when we actually get our mail and not our neighbors mail. Love living in Goffstown but the mail services are scary here. I pray they haven't lost anything important of mine but I have no idea. I really wish I could complain on the phone but USPS has a two hour wait to do that. Roll the dice getting you mail in this town. No wonder the USPS is going broke.

Danny is lier. When confronted about his falsehood he dug in and spouted more untruths. People who work at the post office are intended to be public servants. Would anyone ever put up with a servant that lied and refused to come clean? Don't allow this person to continue to deny service and misrepresent his authority. Check out AFAs video of Dannys lies and his attempt deny the public services.

We had our passports done here. I paid to have them done so I didn't mess it up. Guess what? They sent the wrong birth certificate. I would think paying to have them done they would know which birth certificate to send. Thanks a lot! Now rushing around and paying fees for expedited services. Not happy.

I have been having problems with my mail carrier for over 2 years. Throwing packages on the ground, delivering packages to end of driveway, sitting in driveway honking horn for certified letter. Basically being lazy and not wanting to do his job. I have sent multiple videos of these actions I'm and have received mixed results. What ends up happening is things get better right after a conpalint is made and then slowly get worst again. I have spoken with the Post master and hse says it's my job to watch his mail carriers and make sure they are doing there job. I find this incredibly unprofessional unhelpful and feel like they don't care. Sad that this us a government agency and these are the ways they treat there customers.
