“My car wouldn't start when I was leaving Randolph, NH for Connecticut two Sundays ago about noon. AAA didn't seem to be able to get anyone to me, ever (not their finest hour(s)), so I took my wife's car and went to O'Reilly and bought a cheap battery - they had a choice (a pleasant surprise) on the hope that that a bad battery was the problem. It was, and the car fired right up.I assumed that I would have to return to that specific O'Reilly to get the core charge refunded, and when I asked how long I could take to do so, they said there wasn't a time limit, but I could also turn in the old battery at any O'Reilly. There is one two towns down from where I live, and they happily refunded the charge.I thought this was excellent service when I needed it.”
