For the last 3 years we love coming here to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday in March because of its location and the atmosphere. The entire staff as always is so helpful and friendly!! Unfortunately our favorite dishes for dinner have been removed from the Notch Grille's menu and the new dishes are not to our liking. As a result we have not had dinner here. I had breakfast here yesterday morning and the bacon and eggs were very greasy so tomorrow morning my wife and I will have breakfast elsewhere!! Not sure what happened here at the restaurant this year, it's a complete turnaround from last March!!

I stayed here a few years ago after the hotel opened. So everything was super new. The rooms where spotless, beds comfortable, bathroom clean. The view of the mountain from the bar/restaurant was fantastic.

I would have been a 5 however our entire stay no one ever came to straighten room. We called for trash twice, and it was never taken. Thankfully we had a balcony to just piled trash there. We have a baby and the diapers piled up.Food was amazing.Room very cute.Gym perfect for vacation.Pool nice, but unfortunately was temp of 76 degrees.

The Glen House is by far one of the nicest hotels in which I have ever stayed. The rooms are immaculate, the service is top notch, and the views are breath taking. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Google rates Glen House as 3-stars, which is fair given that the property is a 4-star location with 2-star amenities. The high points of our visit were the incredible views, proximity to great cross-country ski trails, and free EV charging. The low points were a cold indoor pool; mediocre dining; and the great room being closed for a wedding. I shared my concerns with the manager, Courtney, who promptly credited us for the loss of pool and great room.Suggestions to management: (1) Your guests who love cross-country skiing want healthy food choices. At the very least, they want a basic salad. Make sure your salad greens are fresh and the recipes are creative. (2) Invest in an espresso machine. Your European and Canadian guests want their cappuccinos and lattes, as do some Americans, and you can make a proper hot chocolate for the kids. (Four star establishments don't serve Swiss Miss.) (3) Your green credentials are impressive. Boost them further by replacing the massive diesel generator with a modern LFP battery. With tax credits and grid incentives, you'll recover the investment quickly, and have more reliable backup power to boot. This property deserves a second chance. I'm looking forward to writing a five star review on my next visit.

Favorite place to stay when we go to NH! We had made dinner reservations for the restaurant located inside of the hotel and the food was fantastic. Huge improvement from the last time we went in May 2022.

We stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed ourselves. We have nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. Check in and out was smooth, our room was spacious and clean and the hotel restaurant was convenient and good. We honestly didn't spend much time at the hotel since we were out all day doing things. The hotel has a fantastic location that allowed us to be a short drive into down, close to the shops and town of Conway. We cannot wait to go back in warmer weather!

This hotel is charming The Personnel were obliging the cuisine options are flavorful and the accommodations spotless we were very enthusiastic to get away for a much needed family get away all was going well until the evening. At 8:30 unattended children stampeded back and forth up and down the hall bellowing and carrying on with zero intervention from their caregivers who were unashamed of the behavior’s of their children. Then later between 10:30 and 11:30 another group engaged in tumultuous behavior specifically those in the room above us this was disruptive and vexing. The behavior awakened my family numerous times prior to my notification to the concierge.Approximately 30 minutes had expired and the activity graduated to music, jeering and trudging against the floorboards. This continues to the point I exited my accommodations confronted overnight staff member with the disruption. This behavior then invited the hotel dogs to respond in a synchrony of barking and howling. The ruckus finally subsided just after midnight. It is truly a shame that such a majestic hotel experience was tainted by the actions of a few.Rooms: Spacious, clean and organized. The extra sealing around the doors to help with the cold/hot weather was a detail oriented touch.Nearby activities: Snow coach tours are just a stones throw away and a well worthwhile endeavor but make sure you are dressed for the weather or you will find yourself frozen.Food & drinks: Cuisine was flavor packed, adequately portioned and reasonably priced compared to area competitors.Noteworthy details: The staff were all incredibly welcoming, kind, professional and efficient. During our stay we observed immediate towel restocking at the pool, gym room sanitizing, quick clearing and cleansing of lounge area surfaces and timely refreshers at coffee station.

Perfect location with easy access to Santa's Village, Storyland, Wildcat Mountain, and many other places and restaurants I love. The rooms are fancy and very nice. The beds are soft and the pillows are perfect. They had some very nice touches. My only complaint in the room was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door. The pool was great for the kids, but too cold for me. The fitness room was a nice touch. I loved the water fountain and water bottle fountain. The little market was so cute and had cool soda. One lady who worked at the front desk was super nice. Another lady working at the front desk was kind of snippy to my family. The other workers were very nice and helpful. I loved the free cookies and muffins every morning. They were delicious.

So, this is a pretty nice hotel for the price, but it could be better given the location. The food was good but not great, there is a nice bar on the main floor and a small dining room that feels like it's in a hotel more than it could/should. There's no hot tub, which being located at the base of Mt. Washington and a retreat from hiking and skiing, would have really been nice. All in all, it's a great place to stay while skiing or after hiking, but it feels like sort of a wasted opportunity wher3 a really nice hotel could have been built. Instead, you get a nice hotel that isn't anything special or a place you would really boast about or recommend aside from being conveniently located to hiking and skiing (Wildcat). That's my honest assessment/opinion.Rooms: The room was nice and modern, had good climate control, water pressure, a flat screen, and a balcony door that sealed well even with the heavy winds of Mt. Washington.Nearby activities: Close to Wildcat and the auto road.Safety: It felt safe. Typical hotel door locks, if you know you know.Food & drinks: Good drinks at the bar and the restaurant were good and not overly expensive.
