“Dear wonderful, bearded post office man, I wish I had gotten your name. Thank you so much for helping me even though you were closed. I'm so sorry I inconvenienced you. You truly made my day letting me get my bill out on time. The world needs more people (and USPS needs more employees) like you!”

“Great postal worker there. They went above and beyond of their duties trying to find my mail. They all have an awsome amazing personality. My route carrier is all awsome also. She always stop and made sure I'm getting my mail, since I don't have a mailbox on my new property. Thx.... keep up the good customer service ladies and gent.”

“It’s a post office and functions as such. Some staff are not knowledgeable on protocol for sending items out of the country, but other than that, there’s nothing to complain about. :)”

“The employees are great. The company itself needs a major overhaul. What's the reason for tracking when deliveries are 90% late. My package will sit in Nashua for a whole day before being shipped to Vermont and then back to NH again. Doesn't seem very efficient and I can't see how USPS saves money this way but whatever.”
