The people are always pleasant but I get my neighbors mail ALOT and then go with no mail for days when I'm waiting on things that say they should b delivered. Also closes at 3!!! So if I'm out of work at 4 and I work Saturdays how and the he'll do I pick up anything when a slip is left in my box!?!?!? Literally have to take time off of work to use the post office

Two week no delivery of mail. No excuses. Just say my mail is at the post office. Funny town trucks, police, oil truckd, electric company private citizens can all drive on these roads. But USPS says nah! What a joke.

Your voice automated system is horrible. I've tried several times to speak with customers service but no prompts. Perhaps if we had Trump back in office businesses could afford to employee, real people who need to feed their families.

For a town with miles of rural roads, large territory, and few residents I think we are lucky to have house to house mail delivery at all. I think the postal workers have done a fantastic job over the 30 plus years I have lived in Grafton. So a big thumbs up to a great job! ??

I have never had any issues with this post office. The gentleman who works in the office has always been extremely nice and helpful. I must say however that once they receive a package to mail out that once it leaves the office it’s out of his hands. Also, I do not believe they would risk their job and prosecution of a package.

I have, for 16+ years, never ever had any delivery go missing. And I receive MANY packages. I am sorry for Ms. Brown’s losses, and hope her mother finds the culprit. If your livelihood depends on a well paying Federal job with benefits, would you risk it for an Amazon package?

Worst post office and shady workers who say they deliver packages and never do. I sent my mom a Christmas gift via Amazon - it spent the night at Grafton’s post office and was “delivered” Saturday to her home but she never received it. Her house is fairly secluded. And this isn’t the first time this has happened to her. The last time I sent her gifts I made sure to make it a pick up because she told me they’ve done this before to be sure she got it. This time I took a chance. Make sure you always hit Pick up for this post office - the ladies who work there are probably stealing from the whole town.
