I explained my situation to auto advisor and they took care of me asap. Was in an out within an hour and a half. Could not recommend a better mechanic shop. 100/10 would recommend”

No one else offers this complete service in my area for this price. Today was inspection on wife's Subaru, in and out no hassle, no concerns, with less than 9000 miles no surprise.”
“Hersey's Transmission Services (HTS) rebuilt the transmission on my 2010 Ford Explorer for about $2,900. They provided a warranty of their work for 1 year or 12,000 miles, whichever came first. About 9 months after the rebuild, my vehicle started acting strange when shifting gears. It would rev too high sometimes and not engage in gear right away sometimes. I brought it back to HTS and they got me in to rake the transmission apart and find the problem. Turns out there was an internal leak causing the problem. I have not encountered any additional problems since.My experience with HTS was very positive and I was happy to find out they honor their warranties, no hard questions asked. I definitely recommend HTS to anyone needing transmission work.Service: Transmission”

They got the car in right away and took a look (for nearly an hour - thorough diagnostics!) -- found no leak - put my mind at ease and left with next steps in case the low pressure light comes on again. “I stopped in at Robert’s Auto to schedule an appointment for my car to get checked out. It was a Friday afternoon, and Joe scheduled me for early the next week. I dropped off my car, thinking that I was going to get an estimate and an oil change. They have a great system that notifies you through every process of the service. When they were done, I got a notification And went back to the garage. I spoke with Cooper who let me know what needed to be done and said that they could order the parts and do it that day! I got the notification that my car was ready a few hours later. Cooper explained me that I really needed to get new tires and That I could get them somewhere else, and they would put them on. And Ray, who is just about to head out on lunch, promptly offered to fix a rattle on a heat shield that I had mentioned at pickup. And he did it right then! I left the garage very happy with my experience there. I actually went and bought a set of tires and went back to the garage that afternoon. They had no problem at all getting those tires on, balanced and aligned that same day. They even let me drive my daughter home and drop her off first so she didn’t have to wait at the garage with me! The staff at Robert’s Auto is excellent. They are friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them for auto service and repair.”
“I went in for an inspection sticker but ended up needing a part that would of costed around $1000 without labor, instead of him profiting of the situation he referred me to a guy that was able to custom fab the part together for me and install it for under $200. That was the first time I had ever had dealings with the guy, he showed me theirs still good honest business owners out here. Their the ONLY garage I've had positive experiences with in the area and I highly recommend for any of your auto repairs or maintenance!”

“This guy (Jim) knows his stuff, many many years of experience. Front of the store is a bit crowded with bikes; exactly what I'd expect from a shop that is doing good work. I do a lot of things myself and he was there to help me when I didn't have the right tools and equipment to finish a particular job on my motorcycle. Brought the part in and he new exactly what I needed. He is patient and affordable. I was also happy to see that he carrys some oil I use, also said he could order whatever tires I need in the future amoung other things. In a time when most people buy their things online, I will be doing business with Hales Garage even if it is a few dollars cheaper or more expensive. To top it off, I didn't have money with me at the time, he told me not to worry, just drop it by when I was in the area. I did the next day of course. Jim is a man that reminds me of my father, simple, honest and humble. Glad to have a garage like this nearby.”

“Yo, those guys are top notch! The initial problem I had already diagnosed (correctly I might add,lol) and while they were in there I asked about this other leak.....they told me what it was, gave me a quote and now I need to make another appointment!Very stoked to finally find another legit garage”
