Nice clean private storage facility for all of our family’s treasures while moving to a new home that just wasn’t ready!! Leah & Paige at the front desk were always most helpful & friendly and answered all our questions. We highly recommend Bluebird Storage in Greenland NH.

Never have I ever rented a storage unit, but I have heard plenty of horror stories from friends. An acquaintance highly recommended Bluebird and wow was she right! We were greeted by the warm and welcoming PAIGE, who toured us through various sizes and options for our downsizing move. Her patience with our many questions was a great example of excellent customer service. Quick with a smile and willing to show us as many locations we wanted to see while reminding us of facility features along the way. Complimentary coffee, tea and water? Thank you! An inside bay for bad weather? GREAT! An active food donation campaign to give back to the community? MY kind of people! Oh yeah, and not a dust bunny in sight! I AM super tempted to consider power walking all those hallways if the weather is bad this winter! I'll be my own Bluebird walking club! We haven't completely moved in yet, but hope we picked the right size!!!

I really appreciate that these storage units are climate controlled, clean and well managed! Best I've found. That said, every year I get hit with enormous rate increases. This year it's going up 25%. Feels excessive and like a bait and switch model since once you have your stuff there, you are a captive audience unless you go to the time and effort to move. In addition, they have moved to electronic locks which I resent since it's another app on my phone/with my info and if the power is out, then what? Anywho, if you are ok with the increases and electric locks, they are great.

Was served with a notice that my current rate will INCREASE by 36.7% ($199 to $272) in one month (34 days). This is the second rate increase notice they've sent in 11 months. Go elsewhere, lots of other CHEAPER options with stable prices.

I know facility is super clean. The staff especially Scott is amazing and very helpful. You’re always see someone cleaning. It’s a truly temperature controlled. I’m so happy that I’m using bluebird storage.
