“I had a very simple problem and they were willing/able to work on it almost immediately (90 minutes or less drop-off to pick-up) at a time when others needed 2 days or so to get to it, or a week for a firm appointment. Very fast, very efficient, very pleasant. And made me very happy!”

Set-up was so complicated I called Dave to hire him to do it for me. Instead, Dave helped me get free hardware from the cable company, plus faster speed and lower cost! And I returned the newly purchased hardware for a $500 refund! Dave got me something better and saved me money! Next time I’ll go to Dave first!!!”

“I was quoted $325 to replace the screen on my daughter's PC laptop. The part came in the day before she was leaving for college. They got the work done for pickup at the end of day. There was some issues with getting the cover back on, and they helped out with making some software updates. PC looks and works great. They only charged price quoted, even though the effort to fix took longer then estimated.”
