MaxCharles is an Award Winning Hair Studio located in the beautiful historic district of downtown Portsmouth, NH. We offer a full spectrum of services including scissor and clipper haircuts, advanced color, balayage, tape-in and hand-tied weft extensions, on-site and travel wedding hair and airbrush makeup.
