Firstly, (the reason I am even writing this review in the first place), I would like to shoutout the Target employee, who helped me very thoroughly, by the name of Tre. A couple of weeks ago, I had gone into this Target location because I was having trouble with my receipt being recognised by the Target app/website since the receipt hadn't printed properly from my trip prior. After speaking to multiple online associates, I had no choice but to go back to the store in person to try to sort the problem out. The first employee I spoke to did not try to remedy the situation at all; she didn't bother to even try. I returned later the same day and spoke to Tre who went out of his way to help resolve the situation for me. His effort was very much appreciated (especially after the discouraging and lacklustre performance of his colleague). Thank you, Tre! Aside from that, this Target is very well stocked and satisfying to shop in. I have been able to purchase items here that I have never seen in any other Target location before. As a frequent Target customer, this location gets a thumbs up from me!

Three of us came here on a Thursday evening about an hour before closing. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the store was and how well stocked it was at that point in the day (night). Beyond that, it was pretty much as expected, with a large, convenient parking lot.

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful and polite. The customer service is top notch. Selection is great and stock is consistant when Covid is not a problem.

Second time that online order was incomplete/products not available after order. :(Otherwise. It's a clean well kept store with friendly and helpful employees Just wish they could get their online inventory system to be more accurate.

I can always find what I want and team members are polite and helpful. I always check prices using my Target app which makes it easy to scan the UPC codes. Target will match these online prices at checkout and I often save a lot of money. Cashiers are polite and helpful about adjusting the prices.

Went in looking for the Apple Air tag. Showed online but they were not on the sales floor. So I broke the guy code and asked for help. Steph. Was relentless in helping me. She opened case after case of inventory . Steph spent a good 20 minutes and was not showing any signs of giving up. On a day when they were still offloading a tractor trailer Steph found the needle in the haystack. The entire time being personal and pleasant. For the record I love my new Air Tag! Thank for all of your help!

I Really love to shop here. It's great place to shop at. Very clean and neat. They only thing I Don't like is that, sometimes there are only two registers open ? :((. But it's a really Good place to shop at. Plenty of Space inside to shop around, especially now too. Not all of people are shopping with this Virus going on. But there is more than enough space in Target to shop. There's some isles that are very Big. Could fit a lot of people in some of the Really big Isles. I really like to walk around here, if I had a lot more money. I would be here a lot more Often. One of my favorite places to shop at. Very relaxed and fun Atmosphere here. If I was running this Store, I would have some More Registers open. So its not a big wait for shoppers to be done and checked out. And they Shoppers, would have Happy with that too. And I really like that they Have Starbucks inside the Store

Great Customer Service at this Target -- no surprise! I mistakenly bought wrong size item and somehow must have double-scanned it because $39.99 was charged twice. Customer Service fixed it all up quickly and with no hassle. Got the correct sized item and my 39.99 credit! Great service from courteous, professional and friendly Target workers.

In these crazy times it was so great to walk into target and everyone was so helpful so amazing so friendly and had smiles on their faces. And they just remodeled and the store is beautiful can't wait to come back when things settle down.

Liz Orr-the store manager is the absolute worst. Her attitude is pathetic. Her store is a mess. The prices on the shelves often do not match the prices at the register and they are stealing from their customers as a result. I contacted Minnesota to share the issues and suggest an audit, but it fell on deaf ears. Wal*Mart in Portsmouth or Newington are better choices.

Went to this Target to buy some patio chairs that were advertised. Found what I wanted and asked a nearby associate for help. She put down what she was doing, found a truck and pushed them out to my car for me- with a smile! When I was unable to fit them in my car, she pushed them back into customer service to see what we could do.(I'd already bought them). She was so capable and said she was a fairly new associate (named Joni). Then, the girl who helped me at Customer Service (named Sharlene) promptly handled the return and even looked up whether I could buy smaller chairs online to be picked up in store. When I left, I felt really taken care of!

Samantha L. echoed my sentiments EXACTLY!!! Why is the manager not addressing any of these reviews?? The Regional Office needs to get involved. I have never seen such a mismanaged store. It is really a shame as Target is normally one of my favorite places to shop. Too bad I am not able to rate this store a 0.

This Target store needs a corporate intervention. . Every time I shop here the prices on the shelves are less than what rings at the register. Every single time. It's maybe $2 or $3 and for most people who are in a rush and don't take the time to pay attention to their receipts or have the time to plea their cases with customer service are being taken advantage of. This is stealing from the customers. I called Elizabeth Orr who is the store manager. Now I understand why things are the way they are at Greenland Target. Elizabeth "Liz" Orr spoke in a tone that lacked any care and was totally condescending. She was rushing me off the phone from the moment I started talking...dismissing my claims of inaccuracies and was quick to respond with bad excuses and bad customer service. I actually sent pictures of the shelves and my receipt and emailed them to her. There was no urgent response from Liz. She is obviously overwhelmed with her general manager assignment. When I did receive a response from Liz Orr, she structured a corporate style form letter and seemed to blame some corporate pricing division. No personal note. Not one iota of care. There is absolutely no surprise to me why Greenland Target has such horrible reviews. It starts with Liz Orr, the general manager. I'm not sure how she even has a job. She is terrible at it.

This store is horrible. You cannot get down the aisles due to pallets of boxes waiting to be stocked. When you can get down an aisle, there are pallets pushed right up against the shelves. Clothing is usually strewn across the floor. Shelves are frequently empty. This has been going on for months!
